A complete training plan developed for you to achieve a singular goal such as a half-marathon PR or completing your first marathon.
Monthly Training Plan $175
This is more for the road warrior who like to race frequently. Training is developed every two weeks with a big picture goal in mind and with up coming races taken into account. Every two weeks a running log is submitted and the next two weeks training are sent. Get for quick evolution of training.
OnSite Coaching $85 per
Supervised workouts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. With the commitment to OnSite Coaching, the training plan is included. Most effective method.
