I have been helping people achieve their running goals since August 2004. I have a BS in Exercise and Sport Science, a certified running coach, certified personal trainer and a certified fitness nutrition specialist.  I ran competitively in college where I earned 12 varsity letters four each in Cross Country, Indoor track and field, and Outdoor track and field.

I have developed all of the training programs for the Fleet Feet Training Team since it started in January of 2007.  Beyond that I have helped people qualify for the Boston Marathon, pass multiple types of PFT testing for different military and government agencies.  I have national age group qualifiers, and junior national qualifiers and All-American.  I am also love helping those who are wanting to develop their running capacity (just starting).
